Judith Ofoma serves Paragon Events as Human Resource Manager. Judith is a Human Resource Specialist with over a decade of successfully working in multi-cultural settings across various industries and continents. With her extensive experience in human resources and her passion for people management, Judith has worked in various HR positions where she has gained expertise in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance and HR strategy development. She has a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions to support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. In her recent role as a HR Manager, she will oversee the day-to-day HR activities, manage the recruitment process for multiple departments, and implement new employee engagement programs. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mass communication and a Master’s in Communications from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is currently a member of the DallasHR and holds a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from Human Resource Certificate Institute (HRCI). What Judith considers the greatest accomplishments of her career to date is the contribution she has made in all her past roles to building a corporate culture that promotes diversity and inclusion, empower and motivate employees to realize their full potential and executing HR strategies that promotes continuous company’s growth.
