Francesca Radabaugh, CAE, serves Paragon Events as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Association Management. Francesca embodies executive leadership and governance while managing multiple teams within the Paragon Events structure: Including the association management department, accounting and finance staff, and the marketing team. In addition to her internal leadership of staff, she takes on key leadership roles serving as an Executive Director and finance consultant with several key clients.
