Ann Jones serves Paragon Events as Chief of Staff and Director of Customer Success. In this role, Ann provides multifaceted support to propel the success of the Paragon Events leadership team. Through strong, tactical oversight, Ann’s role is highly collaborative with all executives to ensure that the organization is operating with maximum efficiency and resulting in high client satisfaction rates. Ann also contributes to client acquisition and retention, working alongside our Business Development department to assess the current needs, industry trends, and long-term growth strategies of our clients. Prior to connecting with Paragon Events, Ann specialized in securing sales and new opportunities for various hospitality and entertainment partners. Ann also brings a solid foundation of marketing expertise with knowledge of brand messaging, social media, and search engine optimization techniques.
