We have received a continuation of messages from our partners, clients, friends and team members, and for that I say thank you. As we stay this course of camaraderie, collaboration and compassionate care for one another, I am reminded of something I read…

On behalf of all of us at Paragon Events, Inc., I want to extend our deepest sympathies and support to those affected by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We understand and recognize how this situation has affected everyone in many ways. As event professionals, we are experiencing an industry-wide impact that greatly affects the overall business and employment landscape. We know our industry will prevail. There lies a luminous dawn ahead, by which we can lead and follow in harmony.

For the last 30+ years, Paragon Events has been through several occurrences that have created incredible stress and difficulty for hospitality professionals. Through economic recessions, a national tragedy, and now a global outbreak – we know from experience that the capability exists to come back stronger than ever. Over the years, what we have learned, is that with great partners, resources, and opportunities, we can build and cultivate success through imagination and ingenuity.

This situation catapults us to pivot and develop new ideas, best practices, and innovative solutions for our association and event management clients. Simply put, this virtual experience and need to stay connected is a chance for us to think outside the box, or in this case, “inside” our box of personal space and comfort.

To our network of vendors and hoteliers – we stand with you and remain in awe of the acts of true partnership that you have shown during this difficult period. We applaud our global partners that are going above and beyond, in tandem with our team, to promote leniency, flexibility, and provide value.

In closing, the power of face-to-face meetings is timeless and effective. Live, in-person interaction drives trust, participation, and investment that ultimately shape positive business outcomes.
