On the Move: Paragon Events Introduces Newest Team Member

Macarena Barrueco Joins the Paragon Events Team as Association Membership Coordinator

We are proud to announce the latest addition to our staff and growing Association Management department, Macarena (“Maca”) Barreuco. As association membership consultants, our team of professionals are dedicated to member recruitment and retention strategies.

“We are thrilled to welcome Maca to our team,” says Francesca Radabaugh, VP of Operations and Director of Association Management. “She embodies so many of the positive traits we try to associate with our company. Her innovative thinking, positive attitude and collaborative focus will continue to enhance the strategic direction and growth of Paragon Events.”

Maca will serve as Membership Coordinator for the Association Management department. She will offer front-line support for tasks related to member enrollment, engagement, and recruitment. In detail, Maca will be responsible for database management, demographic research, and general reporting.

In addition to possessing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Maca holds a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, considered to be the most prestigious degree in the visual arts area. We are confident Maca’s creative and analytical background will bring a fresh perspective to the company.
