Northwest Medical Center recently unveiled an impressive new expansion to its Emergency Room. NWMC chose to commemorate the new addition with a grand opening winter-themed festival managed by Paragon Events.
The Grand Winter Fest was held at the Northwest Medical Center campus and featured performances by characters from the cast of Frozen, an outdoor ice skating rink in the heart of South Florida, a giant inflatable snowglobe and more. Guests were able to meet with Santa, build snowmen and enjoy delicious treats.
Attendance of the event far exceeded expectations by both Paragon Events and Northwest Medical Center. We expected about 500 guests, but were overjoyed to welcome over 1,800 individuals into the event. Paragon Events was able to safely accommodate, feed and entertain every guest, from parking to photo opportunities with Santa.
Paragon Events’ Event Coordinator Assistant Katherine Stokoe was primarily in charge of managing the event, but was happily supported by Small Meetings Manager Alissa Brown and Managing Director Renee Radabaugh.
Says Katherine about working with Alissa and Renee: “Without their help and guidance I could not have made this event possible. With their experience and expertise we worked together with the client to develop and plan such a successful community event.”
We love working with Northwest Medical Center and are thrilled that their ER expansion went so smoothly and with such fanfare. Enjoy the photos from the event!
