Paragon Events’ veteran Xiomara (“Cee”) Rivas has been promoted to Assistant Director of Association Management for the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Division. Cee has delivered over six years of dedicated support and stewardship to successfully propel our chapters forward. In addition, Cee provides guidance and direction to our team of Chapter Administrators and Liaisons under the advisement and collaboration of Francesca Radabaugh, VP of Operations and Director of Association Management.
Cee’s performance in association management has been influential for Paragon Events Inc. as she retains an excellent record of client relations, problem resolution, and organizational growth. She has become one of our most valuable association management resources. Cee often receives high praise from our clients and was recently nominated by our Board Members for the prestigious MPI RISE Award for Member of the Year. In addition, Cee has served as an integral part of our team in elevating several organizations to become Top Performing Chapters.
Cee will continue to facilitate chapter meetings and retreats with focus on fulfilling strategic goals and objectives. Furthermore within this new position, Cee will expand on the training, onboarding, and managerial process to ensure that team members are maximizing their time and value within the organization and for our clients.
“We are extremely proud of Cee and all that she has accomplished over the years with Paragon Events. This new role is a natural progression in furthering Cee’s development, the elevation of our team, and the growth of Paragon Events as a whole. We are thrilled for Cee to take on this vital management position, share her knowledge and expertise, and continue to be a trusted partner to our clients and team,” Francesca Radabaugh, VP of Operations & Director of Association Management states in welcoming Cee into this new phase.
Cee brings a warmth and vibrancy to the team. Her passion for excellence transcends beyond our offices as she considers the deeper interests of our clients and community. As a proud supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, Cee participates in a three-day, 60-mile walk to raise awareness for breast cancer and honor those affected. Outside of work, Cee also contributes to fundraising events and charities that are specifically important to our chapters and the MPI community.
Overall, we are very appreciative of Cee’s partnership and continued dedication. We are excited for Cee to step into this well-deserved role and look forward to supporting her in this career endeavor.
Congratulations and thank you Cee!
