Reagan Dolon serves Paragon Events as Human Resources Generalist. She is responsible for compliance with employment laws, employee relations, training, recruiting, onboarding, terminations, policies and procedures, and the maintenance of human resources records and reporting. Reagan has 5 years of experience as a human resources representative for one of the largest not-for-profit credit unions in the state of Alabama. In that position, she handled recruiting, onboarding, time & attendance, leave administration, records and reporting, terminations, and benefits administration for 125+ employees. Reagan currently resides in North Carolina but was born and raised in Alabama. She is thrilled to be a part of the Paragon Events team.
