Users Conference, Training Symposium & Vendor Showcase  

Executives, directors, and managers responsible for Merchandising, Purchasing/Supply, Operations, Customer Service, Information Technology, Inventory Control, and Transportation Logistics.

Attendees should arrive on Sunday afternoon June 1, 2008. Early arrivals can take advantage of VendorNet product demonstrations including VendorNet’s recently released Inventory Manager and Transportation Manager modules. Product demonstrations begin at 3:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy a welcome reception on Sunday evening. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be full days beginning with a breakfast buffet, followed by general sessions, a group lunch, hollow square discussions and business and technical breakout sessions. Monday and Tuesday will feature the Vendor Showcase throughout each day’s proceedings with a grand prize giveaway at the end of the day on Tuesday. A welcome reception will be held on Monday evening; Tuesday evening will bring attendees together for an after-dinner rendezvous. The conference will conclude at 5:00pm on Wednesday.

• Additional Attendees: $1,295 per person
  
  Payment: The registration fee may be paid by check made payable to Paragon-VendorNet, or by credit card. Payment is due upon registration.
  
  Note: Conference registration includes general sessions, concurrent breakout sessions, hollow squares, technical training, conference materials, Vendor Showcase, daily buffet breakfast, luncheon, a cocktail reception, and an evening dinner event.

• Attendees must notify Paragon Events in writing of cancellations by March 1, 2008.
• A 50% refund per attendee for cancellations is available until March 1, 2008.
• After March 1, 2008, no refunds will be made.
• Attendee substitutions can be made by written notification to Paragon Events.

The Delray Beach Marriott is one of Delray Beach's finest oceanfront properties. Located on Florida's Gold Coast overlooking sandy beaches on the corner of famed Atlantic Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, the Delray Beach Marriott is located midway between the excitement of Fort Lauderdale and the glamour of Palm Beach. Within easy walking distance of Atlantic Avenue's shopping boutiques, bistros, outdoor cafes, art galleries, fine restaurants and nightlife, the Delray Beach Marriott and surrounding area offers a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere complete with balmy ocean breezes.

• The Delray Beach Marriott is offering VendorNet attendees a specially discounted rate of $139.00 per night plus tax.
• To receive this discounted rate, room reservations must be made through the online conference registration process. Paragon Events will communicate all reservations to the hotel on your behalf. When registering for the conference, please be sure to complete the hotel accommodation section in its entirety. Please do not call the hotel directly; Paragon Events is your liaison to the hotel.
• Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 pm; checkout is at 11:00 am. Credit cards are required upon check-in.
• If you plan to extend your stay at the hotel, the specially discounted room rate will apply three days prior and three days after the conference dates based upon availability. Should you wish to take advantage of an extended stay, reservations should be made as early as possible as availability may be limited.
• Room amenities include: wireless high-speed Internet access, movies, mini-bar, in-room safe, voice mail, iron & ironing board and coffee maker. Recreational facilities include: beach access, fitness center, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, water sports, golf, tennis and jogging trail nearby.
• Valet and self-parking are available at a rate of $12 and $9 per day respectively. Parking fees will be billed to your hotel room.

• The hotel is approximately 20 miles from the West Palm Beach airport, 40 miles from Fort Lauderdale airport, and 65 miles from Miami airport.
• Car rental is at the attendee's discretion. Please note that the hotel is in easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shopping, and entertainment establishments.
• Directions to the hotel and ground transportation information will be provided during registration.

  The attire for the conference is business casual. Please, no jeans or shorts for scheduled meetings
